This section creates a link to the immediately preceding and following On This Day pages. To do this, it converts the current page name to a date, then checks the previous day's date for a corresponding page name. If it finds one, it creates the text & link. If not, it goes to the next previous day, and so on for ten days. It then does the same for the following ten days. It will only create one link in each direction, the first one it comes to, and if there are no pages within ten days of the start page, it returns a blank. There's probably a far more elegant and efficient way to do it, but hey ho, this is how bus mechanics write computer code.
I'll start creating On This Day pages (anyone else is welcome to create or add to them as well, of course). When there's enough that most have got another one within ten days, we can go live with a link on the Main Page.

And this one was an attempt to get version 1.27.1 to recognise mobile phones and give directions to lineside features. Various problems, including not being able to get MobileFrontend working, uncertainty over whether svrwiki would be able to ask users for their location without paying for an SSL certificate, and poor phone reception in many areas, means I am now starting to look at creating a From The Window app, but that's a whole 'nother project.
