Level crossing near Bank Farm
A crossing situated near Bank Farm. Note - the previous crossing is described as "near milepost 141½". This crossing is at milepost 141½ as can be seen in the photograph, however the track on the left of the photograph leads directly to Bank Farm therefore it is assumed to be the Level crossing near Bank Farm.
In November 2018 ten 60ft panels of track were relaid north of Arley near Bank Farm Crossing. The work was required due to the high number of poor quality concrete sleepers that had started to fail on this section. The track that replaced the original was flat bottom rail on steel sleepers and effectively extended the existing flat bottom track northwards.[1]
