I would. It'd be nice to think of this wiki becoming a general source of railway information, so I'd say be as comprehensive as possible and  don't limit articles to SVR specifics. The signalling articles are a good example of this. On a personal note, I'm wondering why an 0-6-0 is a C, but an 0-4-0 is not a B...<br>

I would.
