I would. It'd be nice to think of this wiki becoming a general source of railway information, so I'd say be as comprehensive as possible and  don't limit articles to SVR specifics. It is well documented that OVS BulleidOliver Vaughan Snell Bulleid, Chief Mechanical Engineer (CME) of the Southern Railway 1937-1948 used a mixed derivative of the Whyte and UICUnion Internationale des Chemins de fer (International Union of Railways) notations as part of the number of his Pacifics when first built. i.e. 21Cxxx.
