IIRC the operation of the railway moved from SVRCoLtd to SVR(H) after the accident report following the derailment at Hampton Loade. :I've expanded the article without actually answering the question. There must have been a date or dates when SVR(H) took over the LRO, took ownership of the rest of the infrastructure and assumed responsibility for operations, but I don't remember it being mentioned as such in SVR News.
