update number of operational diesel locomotives
The SVR can call on a working fleet of approximately 9 steam locomotives, 4 11 diesel locomotives(including shunters), a 5 car (3+2) DMU, 65 carriages and several goods wagons.
There are several more locomotives, both steam and diesel currently undergoing long term repair.
