Hoo Road Bridge is the first road over bridge overbridge from Kidderminster, and is Bridge 1 in the current SVR bridge number sequence. It is a brick arch with a 30ft span.
The area of land immediately beyond Hoo Road Bridge on the left, as seen through the arch in the photograph, was the site of the former GWR / BR [[Kidderminster Shed]], where many some of the locomotives working services from the south end of the Severn Valley Railway were stabled.
