GWR 108085 5 plank Open Goods Wagon
GWR vacuum fitted 5-plank open goods wagon 108085, code name “Open B”, was built at Swindon in 1924 and saw service with the GWR, BR(W), and the Port of Bristol Authority where it was numbered PBA 58031. It was saved for preservation in August 1982, arriving on the Severn Valley Railway direct from Avonmouth Docks. Restoration was completed soon after arrival.[1].
