::It's certainly possible. Frankley Reservoir is at the end of the Elan Valley pipeline, which caused the [[Folly Point Siding|siding to be built at Folly Point]] a couple of years before, and it was the sort of project which might have paid for a siding to be provided at Kidderminster too. :::Kellett's initial was A according to the auction notice, so it's looking likely that this was Abram.
