Garaham, can you check the 1853 entry please, it seems the report is before the meeting? "On Monday 30 May 1853, a meeting at Kidderminster chaired by the Mayor strongly supported moving the connection with the OWWOxford Worcester and Wolverhampton Railway from Hartlebury to Kidderminster.Worcester Journal, 2 March 1853".
