  • 1963 Kidderminster Shed became shed 2PThe British Railways system of classifying steam locomotives by power using a number from 0, least powerful, to 9, most powerful, followed by either F for freight, P for Passenger or MT for Mixed Traffic. under 2 Rugby when responsibility for the area was transferred from the Western Region of BRBritish Rail or British Railways to the London Midland Region. 11 locomotives were allocated from classes 4300, 5101, 5600, 5700 and 08 (diesel shunter).[1]
