Many artists have taken the Severn Valley Railway as inspiration for their paintings.
All work is copyright to the respective artist. Please click on any picture for availability of originals or prints.

Alan Reade, of Claverley, near Bridgnorth, has produced three series of paintings to raise funds for the restoration of GWR 4930 Hagley Hall and to upgrade the station buildings at Bridgnorth.

Shropshire artist Dick Skilton has painted all the stations on the SVRSevern Valley Railway

Bewdley artist Sophie St. Clair Pedroza has produced a series of paintings based on the SVRSevern Valley Railway, some of which are available as prints from Bewdley Station Fund Shop.

John AustinJohn Austin GRA, renowned Bridgnorth-based railway artist and Fellow of The Guild of Railway Artists has previously lived at Bridnorth and worked on the SVRSevern Valley Railway as a volunteer. His paintings have been used for the pub signs at Bridgnorth and the front cover of the SVRSevern Valley Railway Timetable.

Neil Ferris of Stourport has painted several locomotives on the SVRSevern Valley Railway.
