- 1972 A contract between the newly formed SVR(H) and the Guarantee Company set out the terms of asset transfers from the latter to the former.[1]
- 1988 BR 4345 Tourist Standard Open arrived on the SVRSevern Valley Railway from Carnforth.
- 1996 GWR 7802 Bradley Manor took a railtour from Totnes-Worcester.[2]
- 2008 BR Class 08 D3022 propelled the first locomotive (Collett Mogul 7325) into the newly-built Engine House.[3]
- 2014 Newly repainted into BRBritish Rail or British Railways black livery, 4566 was photographed in Bridgnorth yard.
