- 1973 Former resident BR Class 2 78019 was delivered to the SVRSevern Valley Railway by road.[1]
- 2008 Following the 2007 storm damage, Electro-diesel E6006 was the first locomotive to work the entire line between Bridgnorth and Bewdley.[2]
- 2017 DBS Cargo locomotive 66068 delivered six Seacow ballast hoppers from Bescot to the SVRSevern Valley Railway via the main line connection.
