This crossing is located just south of Stanley Cutting, at Milepost 142¾. The Ordnance Survey map shows this to be the route of a public footpath connecting the B4555 between Highley and Kinlet to the Severn Valley Way on the west bank of the River Severn. The Heath is the area to the west of the line. The start of Stanley Cutting can be seen beyond the crossing.
