643 is a GresleySir Nigel Gresley, Chief Mechanical Engineer (CME) of the London & North Eastern Railway 1923-1941 buffet car built at York in 1937 to diagram 167. It arrived on the SVRSevern Valley Railway in 1977 and was restored to original internal condition in 1987. It is owned by SVR(H).
