- 1861 During the Railway's construction, a labourer was injured by a fall of earth and stones in Mount Pleasant cutting.[1]
- 1978 Large Prairie 4150 arrived at Bewdley from Parkend on the DeanWilliam Dean, Chief Locomotive Engineer of the Great Western Railway 1877-1902 Forest Railway, with GWR/BR 92080 Fruit D Van.[2]
- 2011 BR Class 20 D8059 returned to the SVRSevern Valley Railway following engine repairs at Washwood Heath[3].
