Highley foot crossing

Highley Station foot crossing provides a ground level connection between Highley Station and The Engine House. However it cannot be used when trains are approaching or occupying the station. Highley Station Footbridge was built in 2009 to provide an alternative method of crossing. The first photograph shows the crossing, then un-gated, before the new footbridge was built.

The crossing forms part of The Geopark Way, a 109 mile landscape and geology walking trail which runs between Bridgnorth and Gloucester[1][2].
