Series 7 Episode 1 was first broadcast on 7 January 2019. It features scenes set in an opera diva's "personal Pullman carriage". The carriage used was [[GWR 80969 Inspection Saloon]] which was situated near the western portal of [[Bewdley Tunnel]] for filming. The carriage number and location can be seen in several exterior shots, notably at around 19 minutes<ref>[Review of episode on BBC iPlayer</ref>.
