A Featured article first appeared on the Main Page on 4 April 2016, the first article chosen being GWR 17410 'Toad' 20T Goods Brake Van. Since that time a new article from the Wiki has been selected, normally on a weekly basis, and to date no article has featured more than once! The 100th article to be featured, WD 193 Shropshire, appeared on 30 July 2018, while the milestone of 200 articles was reached with The Thirty Nine Steps on 20 July 2020.
