Burlish Road is a fictitious station on the Severn Valley Railway located just to the [[Stourport]] side of [[Mount Pleasant Tunnel]].<br>Initially its conceit was that the [[Kidderminster Loop Line]] being reinstated in 1984 ensured Burlish Road became a branch line which the SVR continues to use for a sporadic passenger service, the running of demonstration goods trains and Footplate Experience Courses. Subsequently the group decided to prioritise the running of the layout in 1950s guise utilising locally based engines or SVR locos in BR era liveries.
It was built by 'Bewdley MPD O gauge modellers', a group made up of SVR volunteers, mostly from Bewdley MPD, and exhibited for the first time at the 2019 [[Open House Weekend]].
