A covered wooden footbridge at the northern end of Bewdley station allows access between Platform 1 and Platforms 2&3. This forms Bridge 10 in the current SVRSevern Valley Railway bridge number sequence. The footbridge dates from approximately 1878, its construction having been authorised on 19 December 1877.[1]

A banner repeater on the footbridge for 29 signal was removed some years ago.

Following the 2001 Spring Gala, Bewdley Station was closed for 3 weeks for repairs to the footbridge and platform canopies.
