BRBritish Rail or British Railways Mk 1 First Open (FO) No 3109 was built 1961 at Swindon to diagram number 73 lot number 30697. It was initially preserved in 1984 as part of Waterman Railways charter fleet at Bounds Green. It came to the SVRSevern Valley Railway in 1996, initially on lease, but was subsequently purchased by SVR(H).

It is usually used by the SVRSevern Valley Railway as a restaurant vehicle, having seen use in both the Severn Valley Limited and Severn Valley Venturer dining sets.
