  • 1894 The GWRGreat Western Railway approved the construction of a ladies’ waiting room and WC on the UpIn reference to the direction of travel means towards the major terminus (i.e. towards Kidderminster on the present day SVR) platform at Berrington, at a cost of £240.[1]
  • 1906 The GWRGreat Western Railway approved the provision of additional sidings at Stourport.[2]
  • 1988 Severn Valley Railway (Holdings) PLC gave a Legal Charge in favour of the County Council of Hereford & Worcester in respect of "All that land at Bewdley containing six point seven acres or thereabouts together with the buildings erected thereon."[3]
  • 2015 the SVRSevern Valley Railway was operated almost entirely by current and former members of the SVR Junior Club in a unique tribute to much-loved volunteer, the late Don Wilcox - "Don's Day".
