- 1962 The 1.45pm Shrewsbury to Kidderminster and 2.05pm Bridgnorth to Shrewsbury services were worked by BR Standard 3MT No 82001 and ex-GWR Diesel Railcar W24W respectively. Ex-GWR Large Prairie 4129 was working a northbound coal train destined for Ironbridge power station.[1]
- 1962 BR Class 27 D5410 entered BRBritish Rail or British Railways service at Cricklewood
- 1990 2233 was one of four BRBritish Rail or British Railways(WR) HawksworthFrederick Hawksworth, Chief Mechanical Engineer (CME) of the Great Western Railway 1941-1948 designed Corridor Brake Third coaches purchased from Radyr, the others being 2148, 2214 and 2218.
- 1992 D1062 Western Courier attended Bescot Open Day[2]
