Remove "As of" category from things that are unlikely to change in the near future.

The Since early 2016, the Bewdley Station and LNER Coach Fund Shop is has been in [[GWR 1399 Milk Brake]] in Bewdley goods yard. The shop was formerly situated in [[GWR 1145 Toplight 'Snake C' Passenger Brake]] which it shared with the LNER (SVR) Coach Fund, until the latter closed due to staff retirement at the end of 2015. Photographs show the shop in Bewdley goods yardthe old location.
