The 2022 "Spring Diesel Festival" held runs over 4 days in May featured 8 guest locomotives. The "the '''Autumn Diesel BashKidderminster Loop Line'''" between 29 September , built by the GWR some 16 years after the opening of the original Severn Valley Railway. The loop line served both the Severn Valley Branch from Shrewsbury and 2 October is planned the Tenbury Branch from Woofferton, providing a connection to feature other guest locomotives including 55009 AlycidonBirmingham and the West Midlands without the need for a reversal at [[Hartlebury]].
