Changes

47383 was the 5th locomotive to join the SVR, arriving in May 1968 some two years before the official opening. The locomotive saw regular use in , repairs and overhauls excepted, from the 1970s and 1980sthrough to it's last steaming in 2002 (including a couple of seasons running as 'Thomas' due to an overhaul being carried out on [[686 The Lady Armaghdale]], but is now on display in [[The Engine House]] awaiting overhaul. It is owned by the [[Manchester Rail Travel Society]].
