Port Talbot Railway & Docks Company No 26 was built by Hudswell Clarke of Leeds as works number 555 of 1900. The picture from the Hudswell Clarke's catalogue shows the locomotive as built. It later became GWR 813 and underwent a number of midifications at Swindon.
